摘要:  钻头是破岩的主要工具,针对不同地层、不同井段、不同工况下的个性化高效钻头越来越受到青睐。 文章研究所形成的个性化钻头设计与应用技术,能辅助个性化钻头的智能设计制造和高效应用,该技术包括个性 化钻头设计、钻井实时监测与风险识别、钻后评估等三个核心。在川渝地区应用 10余口井,钻头的生产制造效率 提高了 8倍,钻头进尺和机械钻速均有所提高。下一步,将在智能个性化钻头设计与应用技术、大数据分析模型、 生产制造技术等方面继续开展攻关,并在更多的地区推广应用。

Abstract:

As the main tool for rock breaking, the drill bit with features of personalized and high efficiency is more and more popular in different strata, different well sections and different working conditions. By using AI technology and big data technology, both the optimization and manufacturing efficiency of drill bit are improved due to the intelligent individualized drill bit design and application technology which includes three core elements that are personalized drill design, real-time drilling monitoring and risk identification, and post-drill evaluation. This technology has been applied in more than 10 wells in Sichuan-Chongqing region, which produced the remarkable results. The bits ’ manufacturing efficiency was increased by 800% , the footage and ROP were improved. Next, the best optimization should be implemented in these respects, such as intelligent individualized drill bit design and application technology, big data analysis model, intelligent manufacturing, and then to promote the application in much more regions.
